摘要
流动注射分光光度法分析环境样品中的挥发酚,在5—200ug/L的浓度范围内线性良好,分析结果准确,精密度好,样品前处理简单,分析速度快,效率高,很适于批量样品的分析。但在分析低酚浓度样品时,其方法检出限(1.38ug/L)稍显不足。
Flow injection - spectrophotometric method is used to monitor volatile phenolics in samples. The results are accurate with simple pre - treatment and quick efficiency that is suitable for batch analysis of lots of samples under the concentration of 5 -200μg/L. The detection limit of 1. 38μg/L is a little less when analyzing low concentration of phenolics samples.
