科钻一井取心钻进技术研究 被引量:8

摘要 根据科学钻探对岩心的特殊要求,认为金刚石取心钻头是科学深钻取心钻进较理想的选择。推导了提钻取心和绳索取心两种钻进方法的时间和成本计算公式,进而建立了临界井深计算模型。以设计井深5000 m的科钻一井为例,对提钻取心和绳索取心进行了技术经济分析,认为科钻一井的首选为绳索取心钻进方法,但如能将回次长度提高到9 m左右,提钻取心钻进方法也不失为一种经济实用的选择。对科钻一井采用的井底马达驱动金刚石钻头冲击回转取心钻进方法的钻具组合、钻进参数和使用效果进行了详细介绍。 A Diamond core bit is preferred for coring operation in terms of the special requirements of scientific drilling. The calculation formulas of drilling cost and drilling time for both trip round coring and wire line coring were deduced, and the calculation model of critical borehole depth was established. Taking the 5 000 m Well CCSD-1 as an example, the technical and economical analyses of both trip round coring and wine line coring were done and a conclusion is made that trip round coring method is an economical selection for Well CCSD-1 if the run length can he increased to 9 m. The BHA, the drilling parameters and the application results of downhole motors used in Well CCSD-1 were introduced in detail.
