摘要
针对长庆油田陇东地区地层的岩性特征,在优化PDC钻头冠部剖面设计、布齿方法、切削角度和水力结构等的基础上,成功研制了P5263MF-222.3型钻头,在董63-61井和桐29-26井进行了试验应用并获得成功,打破了“长庆油田陇东地区不适宜用PDC钻头钻井”的旧观念。目前,该地区共推广应用该型钻头20余只,平均机械钻速27.85 m/h,与牙轮钻头相比提高了77.86%,每钻进1 000 m可节约钻井时间27.95 h,加快了长庆油田的勘探开发速度,具有较高的经济效益和社会效益。该钻头在陇东地区现场应用表明,螺杆配合PDC钻头的机械钻速比转盘配合PDC钻头的机械钻速低,这是由于地层较硬、门限钻压较高、对转速不敏感所致,因而P5263MF-222.3型钻头更适合于采用“低转速、高钻压”钻井参数模式钻进。
Aiming at formation rock feature of Longdong Area, Changqing Oilfield, this paper studied crown profile design, the way of arranging cutters, cutting angle, and hydraulic structure of PDC hits. The test success of P5263MF- 222.3 bits in Longdong Area, Changqing Oilfield in July 2005 changes the idea that PDC bits can't be suitable for Changqing Oilfield. Till Sept. 20, 20 bits of this kind have been used. Its average ROP is 27. 85 m/h, 77. 86% higher than that of a rock bit, and 27.95 h will save for drilling by the bit, and its footage is higher, so it has high tech-economic and social benefits, quicken the exploration and development speed of Changqing Oilfield, and applies rock-breaking tools with high efficiency and speed for fast drilling in Changqing Oilfield. The test shows, the ROP of PDC bits matched with screw is lower than that with rotary drilling in Longdong Area, Changqing Oilfield, which means the " low RPM high WOB" drilling parameter model is more suitable there due to harder formation and higher gate WOB and no change with RPM.
