摘要
上海地铁AC03型电动列车采用电动塞拉门,对车门的尺寸有很高的要求。由于车门的尺寸超差多次引起故障。从车门的关门限位开关、紧急解锁装置及其限位开关、车体水密性等的安装调整尺寸进行分析,并提出了相应的解决措施,排除了由此而带来的对列车正线运营的影响。
Aiming at the solution of the passenger compartment doors failure which is caused by the over-tolerance of the door assembly sizes, this paper analyses the structures and operations of limit switch, release device and water tighmess of the doors, discusses some effective measures to exclude the door failure from the train operation.
