摘要
地方高校人才培养与科研要与地方发展对接,地方政府应积极营造利于地方高校服务地方建设的平台。在促进地方高校与地方发展互动双赢的过程中,充分发挥地方高校服务地方经济和社会发展的重要作用。
On one hand , local colleges should aim at developing talents who can contribute to local development, on the other hand, local governments should also set up the platform which provides chances for colleges to serve local development . In order to achieve the goal of benefiting each other, the important role of local colleges should be played completely and positively.
