摘要
针对高等师范院校教育技术学本科专业学生就业存在的问题，探讨了教育技术学本科人才培养目标的定位问题，提出了教育技术专业要培养的是有教育思想的技术人员和有信息素养的教育工作者，并强调必须创新教学和培养目标，面向社会走灵活多样的培养道路。
In view of the students employment in educational technology specialiby of normal college, the paper discusses the question of training orientation, puts forward that technical operators with think and teaching staff with information attainments are to be brought up and insists to innovative teaching as well as carrying on flexible training formality.
