摘要
在我国科技领域,金字塔型的性别分层结构明显,科技教育中的性别化问题突出,科技政策的制定和实施还存在性别盲视,这些问题的形成有其文化、教育、科学等方面的深层根源,建议进一步在文化传播、科学教育、科研管理制度与政策中纳入性别平等意识,并加强相关的理论研究和国际交流。
In the field of science and technology in china, the gender strata is obviously pyramidal,and science education is seriously gendered , and gender blindness is still existed in science policy. All of these problems having their cultural, educational, and scientific roots, should be resolved by bringing more consciousness about gender equality into science communication, education, and science policy, doing more related gender studies and enhancing communication and cooperation with international scholars,
