摘要
通过对因伤害住院的患者(以下简称伤害患者)和其他病种住院患者(以下简称其他患者)的总费用、住院费用和灾难性卫生支出等指标进行比较,分析和评价伤害患者的住院经济负担及其对伤害患者家庭生活水平的影响。结果表明伤害患者的住院经济负担显著高于其他患者,灾难性卫生支出发生率高,灾难性卫生支出的相对差距与其他患者存在显著性差异。在此基础上进行了讨论,并提出了相关建议。
Comparing to the total expenditure, medical costs, Catastrophic Health Payment and some other indexes between injury inpatients and other non-injury inpatients, the economic burden of injury inpatients was evaluated to tlnd out the impact of injury on their families and the equity of health outcomes. Result shows the injury inpatients have higher economic burden than those of non-injury inpatients, they also have higher incidence rate of Catastrophic Health Payment as well as the Mean Positive Gap. Discussions are followed and some suggestions are put forward.
