Effects of chromosome abnormality on male spermatogenesis

摘要 目的探讨染色体异常对男性生精功能的影响。方法收集染色体核型1339例,将其分成性染色体畸变组、常染色体畸变组和染色体多态性改变组,正常对照组综合分析各组对男性生精功能的影响。结果性染色体畸变组精液异常率为95.2%,常染色体畸变组的精液异常率为84.2%,两组均明显高于染色体正常组;染色体多态性改变组的精液异常率为53.5%,与染色体正常组比较无显著差异。结论大多数染色体的畸变会引起不同程度的生精异常,其对男性的生精功能影响则可能与具体涉及到的染色体以及其畸变类型和断裂位点有关;而多态性改变本身则不会引起生精功能的异常。 Objective To discuss the effects of chromosome abnormality on male spermatogenesis. Methods 1339 cases of abnormal karyotype were collected, and divided into three groups. Group Ⅰ: the normal kanyotype group, Group Ⅱ : sex chromosome aberration group, Group Ⅲ: euchromosome aberration group, Group Ⅳ: chromosome heteromorphism group. Results The abnormity rate of semen in sex chromosome aberration group was 95.2%, while in euchromosome aberration group was 84.2%. The abnormity rates of semen in two groups were higher than normal karyotype group. The abnormity rate of semen in chromosome heteromorphism group and normal karyotype group showed no difference. Conclusion Most of chromosome aberration may increase the abnormal spermatogenesis rate. The effects of chromosome aberration on male spermatogenesis were related to chromosome and the type of aberration or breakpoint. However, the association between chromosome heteromorphism and abnormal spermatogenesis is not proved.
