摘要
习明纳是一种较新的教学模式,该教学模式强调对学习者进行自主学习和科学研究等综合能力的培养,而优秀的教育技术专业人才就应是综合型的人才。本文着重介绍了组织与实施习明纳教学模式进行教育技术人才培养的理念和过程。
"Thinking much of technology, looking down on theory" has largely existed in China, The practitioners of educational technology cannot represent the feature of the specialty, cannot adapt themselves to the society. The instruction mode of Seminarfach emphasizes training the integrated capability of self-paced learning and investigation. This is consistent with the goal of educational technology. The article mainly introduced the organization ,and actualization of Seminarfach.
