摘要
追求垄断、获得垄断利润是企业发展的动力。在工业社会,大企业通过垂直一体化的组织形态实现垄断。随着信息通信技术的发展和应用,世界正由工业社会向信息社会转变,产业组织形态发生了重大变革,垂直一体化的产业组织模式逐渐解体,出现了产业组织的网络化趋势。从一个产业整体的角度看,网络化这一新的产业组织形态,提升了产业发展的总体效率。然而,处于产业链低端的中国企业要在网络化的组织模式中获益,就需要有更强的创新精神。
Seeking monopoly and monopoly profits is the driving force for enterprise development. In industrialsociety, large enterprises realize monopoly through vertical integration. With the ICT development, the world is nowchanging from industrial society to information society, and great changes are taking place in industrial organization: thevertically integrated industrial organization gradually dissolves and industrial organization network is forming. From aglobal view, the network, the new industrial organization mode has raised the overall efficiency of the industrialdevelopment. Nevertheless, to gain profits from this network organization mode, stronger initiatives are in need forChinese enterprises, who are now staying at the low end of the industrial chain.
