摘要
教师的权利是法定的,它包括社会生活权利和职业权利两方面。我国法律对教师权利的确认和保护是全面的。但现实生活中我国教师尤其是处在基础教育第一线的教师却长期处在权利缺失的困境中。教师维权意识不强,维权现状不容乐观。因此教师应了解维权的途径,多渠道地去寻找法律救济。
Teachers have statutory rights, which include two aspects, the right of social life and the right of career. Recognition and protection of teachers rights are comprehensive. But in reality, teachers in our country, especially those working in the primary education, are in the plight of longterm deficiencies of the rights. Teachers do not have a strong sense of protecting their legal rights, and status quo is not optimistic. Therefore, it is necessary for teachers to understand the means of protecting their rights and get more channels to find legal relief.
