摘要
以弹性接触理论为基础,利用通用有限元软件ANSYS对载荷工况下的链传动结构进行有限元数值模拟,通过计算结果对链传动结构的强度、刚度进行了分析,表明链传动结构在载荷工况下能够满足设计要求,并且具有较高的安全储备.
Based on the theory of elastic contact, finite element numerical simulation for chain transmission construct in some loading condition has been done in the paper by using common finite element software and the computational resuhs are analyzed in the aspects of intensity and rigidity. It is shown that the construct can satisfy the demands of design with enough safety reserve in this loading condition.
