PREPARATION OF NICOTINIC ACID BY OXIDATION OF 3-METHYLPYRIDINE WITH DIOXYGEN IN LIQUID PHASE

摘要 在反应温度为170~180℃、压力为1.5 MPa时,在钴盐、锰盐、溴化物和自由基引发剂存在下,由氧气氧化3-甲基吡啶制备烟酸,产率为81.3%;以乙酸和芳香性卤代烃的混合物做溶剂时,对不锈钢反应釜没有腐蚀作用,其中乙酸的含量保持在15%~20%。 Nicotinic acid was prepared by oxidation of 3-methylpyridine with dioxygen in the presence of cobalt acetate, manganese acetate, bromide and radical initiator under pressure of 1.5 MPa and at 170 - 180℃ The yield of the nicotinic acid was up to 81.3%. The solvent of a mixture of aromatic halide and 15%- 20% acetic acid was not corrosive to the equipment.
