摘要
简要概述了具有可见光活性的纳米TiO2光触媒的光催化机理,该机理与紫外光光催化机理的不同之处在于其电荷传输与分离机制。结合近年来TiO2光触媒的研究成果,分别从离子掺杂、离子注入、复合半导体、表面贵金属沉积和染料光敏化五个方面对纳米TiO2光触媒的可见光化研究作了较为详细的总结,以期推动纳米TiO2光触媒在我国的发展。
The nano-TiO2 visible-light-induced photocatalytic mechanism is briefly stated. The mechanism is almost the same as that of the ultraviolet-light-induced photocatalysis except for its charge transmission and separation mechanism. The latest research progress of nano-TiO2 visible-light-induced photocatalyst, included ion doping, ion implantation, composite semiconductor, noble metal deposition and photosensitization technique, is reviewed in detail.
