摘要
社区作为构成社会的基本单元,是上海发展的重要载体和依托,而社区文化的发展状况则是评价上海城市文明程度和生活质量的基本尺度。本文探究上海社区文化新发展的现状,认为做好上海社区文化建设工作,应当做到：加强社区文化组织管理,实现网络化、制度化；抓住社区文化特征,保证参与度与广泛性；强化社区文化的目的,促进共生性和自治性；加强社区文化建设,确保人性化和可持续性发展。
District communities as basic components of society are important carriers and props of Shanghai development, while the development degree of Shanghai community culture is the fundamental measure with which to evaluate the civilization construction of Shanghai City and to assess the life quality of this great city. This paper explores the new development status quo of Shanghai community culture. The paper argues that in order to construct Shanghai community culture well it is necessary to do the following successfully： firstly, it is essential to strengthen community culture management, establish a culture network and guarantee institutionalization of cultural activities ; secondly, it is necessary to have a good grasp of the special features of community culture and make sure that the broad masses of the community residents regularly participate in cultural activities; thirdly, we should make efforts to widely propagate the purposes of community culture so as to promote the growth and autonomy of cultural life in different communities; fourthly, we should strengthen community culture construction and ensure the harmonious, humanized sustainable development of Shanghai City.
