摘要
目的:建立高效液相色谱法测定硫酸阿托品滴眼液的含量。方法:用Diamonsil C18(250 mm×4.6 mm,5μm)柱为分析柱,以乙腈-水(含0.1%三乙胺,用磷酸调pH 5.8)(55:45)为流动相,流速1.0 ml·min-1,检测波长210 nm。结果:硫酸阿托品在20-200μg·ml-1范围有良好线性关系,r=0.999 9,平均回收率为100.2%(n=9),RSD为1.0%。结论:该方法是一种简便、灵敏、准确的分析法,能有效地控制硫酸阿托品滴眼液的质量。
Objective: To establish a HPLC method for determination the content of atropine sulfate eye-drops. Method: The Diamonsil C18 column ( 250 mm× 4.6 mm, 5 μm) was used, the mobile phase consisted of acetonitrile-water( contain 0. 1% triethylamine solution, adjust pH to 5. 8 with phosphoric acid (55:45 ), the flow rate was 1. 0 ml. min^- 1, the detection wavelength was 210nm. Result: The linear range of atropine sulfate was 20-200 μg.ml^-1 (r =0.999 9), the average recovery was 100.2% (RSD 1. 0% n =9). Conclusion: the method is simple rapid and accurate, it can be used for quality control of atropine sulfate eye drops.
