摘要
目的建立大鼠视网膜光损伤模型。检测视网膜光损伤时丙二醛(MDA)含量的变化和光镜改变,以及超氧化物岐化酶(SOD)的治疗作用。方法用自制光损伤装置建立大鼠视网膜光损伤模型,测定光损伤时不同时间点的MDA含量变化及光镜改变。结果大鼠视网膜光损伤时MDA含量增高,光镜下可见视网膜结构改变。结论SOD对大鼠视网膜光损伤有治疗作用,其机制是通过抗脂质过氧化作用。
Objective To establish retinal photic injury model of rat. To observe the content variation of MDA and structure changes of retinal photic injury rats observed through microscope and the cure effect of SOD. Methods Establish retinal photic injury model of rats use self - made light injury structure. Detect the contents variation of MDA and structure changes of retinal structure. Results tsThe contents of MDA increases, the structure changes observed through microscope. Conclusions SOD has the cure effect on rat tetinal photic injury, the mechanism is through anti -lipid peroxidation.
