摘要
淀粉氧化得到的产物是一种含有羧基的多糖,对金属离子有较强的络合能力。利用红外、扫描电镜和凝胶色谱对其结构、表面形貌和分子量分布进行了表征。研究了氧化时间对产物分子量分布及性能的影响。在配比为淀粉:水=100:500(g),温度85-90℃,时间160~180min,加碱量17g,通氧量6~10mL/min时,相对去污力达到1.28。
Oxidized starch is one kind of amylose containing carboxyl, it has a strong ability to complex metallic ions. The structure, surface morphology and distribution of molecular weight of oxidized starch and native starch are characterized by IR, GPC and SEM. In this paper, the effect of oxidation time on properties and molecular weight distributing of oxidized starch are studied, when the ratio of oxidized starch to water is 100: 500, temperature is 85 -90℃ ,oxidation time is 155 - 180 min, mass of NaOH is 17 g, oxygen capacity is 6 - 10 mL/min, detersive power of relative normal detergent can reach 1.28.
