摘要
因为经紫外线照射的纳米ZnO具有强大的氧化能力并能降解多种有机化合物,逐渐在渔业生产、疾病治疗及医疗器械中得到研究及应用。本文采取定性法、试管法及抑菌圈法研究阳光照射、荧光照射及无光照条件对纳米ZnO抗菌性能的影响,并对结果进行比较分析。结果表明:纳米ZnO的抗菌性能随含量增加而增加,同时表明阳光照射能加强其抗菌性能。
The Nanosized ZnO possesses some special properties concluding strong oxidizing power and destruction capability for many organic compounds under ultraviolet. This feature render Nano-ZnO can be appliable to fish culture,medical facillities,therapeutics and so on. In this paper,three different laboratorial techniques were applied to study the antibacterial effects of Nano-ZnO. The experimental data shows that the Nano-ZnO possesses excellent antibacterial activity,whose bactericidal efficiency accord with its concentration. Meanwhile,the efficiency can be higher under sunlight.
