学龄期住院患儿心理压力源分析及护理干预 被引量:16

摘要 目的分析学龄期住院患儿心理压力源并进行针对性的护理干预。方法对215例学龄期住院患儿,通过访谈记录和问卷调查2种方式,分析导致患儿产生心理压力的有关因素,针对心理压力源制定护理对策,进行护理干预。结果担心学习成绩下降和疾病预后以及孤独感是患儿的主要心理压力源,女性患儿心理压力发生率显著高于男性(P<0·01,P<0·05)。经护理干预后患儿心理压力发生率显著下降(P<0·01,P<0·05)。结论学龄期住院患儿存在诸多心理压力,尤以女性患儿突出。及时制定护理对策,进行护理干预,可显著减轻其心理压力。
