摘要
录音机噪声的大小是衡量录音机质量的重要指标,消除噪声是提高录音机质量的关键,文中对ZnO亚敏电阻器的参数进行了分析与研究,提出了在消除噪声方面的两个论点,一是ZnO亚敏电阻器的I V特性为缓变型的优于突变型的;二是亚敏电压低的亚敏电阻器消除噪声效果好。文中给出了如何通过控制“压比”获得缓变型的特性,通过调节掺杂剂的含量以及控制烧结温度等方法降低亚敏电压,同时还讨论了焊后(压)降增大的原因,以及在瓷片和银层之间引入强还原金属的方法以解决焊后(压)降增大的问题,通过实验得到了良好的效果。
The degree of noise is one of the main quality parameters for a recorder. To eliminate noise is the key method to improve the recorder's quality. Parameters of the ZnO ring-like rheostat have been analyzed in this paper and 2 arguments on eliminating noise are given, one of which is that the I-V character of ZnO sensitive resister with slow changed curve is better than that of ZnO sensitive resister with break changed curve, and another one is found that low voltage rheostat is better in eliminating noise. Method on how to control the sensitive voltage in sintering and burning silver process is discussed in this paper. Experiment has shown that to add restoring metal between ceramics and silver can low the voltage of welding process.
