摘要
利用自行研制的新型液压振动挤出装置研究了振动挤出对HDPE力学性能和凝聚态结构的影响,研究表明,HDPE熔体在振动场作用下纵横向强度都得到提高,振动场使HDPE 6100M振动挤出试样的分子链产生取向,并使晶粒得到细化,试样内部结晶尺寸更为均一,结晶度提高。
The self-made new type hydraulic vibration extrusion equipment was adopted to study effect of vibration extrusion on mechanical properties and morphology of HDPE. In the research, the morphology and mechanical properties produced by conventional extrusion molding were used to compare with which obtained via vibration extrusion molding. The research shows that the longitudinal and transverse yield strength of HDPE specimen both increase under the vibration field. The longitudinal yield strength increases 11.5% and the transverse yield strength increases 6. 9%. The increase degree of longitudinal yield strength is bigger than the transverse yield strength. According to the SEM micrograph and DSC curve ,we can see that the vibration field can make molecular chain of the specimen orient ,the crystal grain efined, crystal size become more homogenous and crystallinity increase.
