摘要
以高锰酸钾引发魔芋葡甘聚糖与丙烯酰胺的接枝共聚并流延成膜。按L16(45)正交实验主要研究交联剂、增塑剂等各因素对KGM膜拉伸强度、断裂伸长率和吸水率的影响。结果表明,当甲醛用量14 mL、甘油用量10 mL、魔芋精粉与丙烯酰胺质量比1∶2、反应时间3 h、高锰酸钾浓度1.0×10-3m o l/L时膜的综合性能较好。
The graft copolymerization of acrylamide onto konjac glucomannan (KGM) was studied using KMnO4 as an initiator. The relationship among experimental variables, tensile strength, extension rate and water-absorption rate was investigated according to orthogonal tests. The result shows that the optimal condition for film with comprehensive function as follows: formaldehyde volume 14 mL, glycerin volume 10 mL, quality proportion 1 : 2, reaction time 3 h, potassium permanganate concentration 1.0×10^-3 mol/L.
