摘要
采用聚吡咯/有机蒙脱土(PPy/OMMT)纳米复合材料作为导电添加剂,聚酰胺作固化剂,制备了水性环氧抗静电涂料。在导电添加剂用量仅为4%时,涂层电导率即达到3.2×10-8S/cm,而且在用量小于12%时,涂层的附着力、耐水性、冲击强度等物理力学性能均得到较好的保持。
Polypyrrole (PPy) is a kind of important conducting polymer with high electrical conductivity and appreciable air stability, which has potential applications in light emitting diode, electro-magnetic interference (EMI) shielding, secondary battery and anti-static coatings. However, PPy is brittle, insoluble and infusible, whose poor processability is found to be a major disadvantage in extensive applications.
