荧光光谱法测定外周血DNA对恶性肿瘤的筛选价值

摘要 目的评价荧光光谱法测定外周血DNA对恶性肿瘤的筛选价值。方法提取恶性实体瘤、白血病、骨髓增生异常综合征(MDS)及正常人外周血DNA各50份,应用镧系离子荧光光谱分析法检测其荧光强度。结果恶性实体瘤、白血病、MDS及正常人外周血DNA荧光强度分别为:345.645±28.004、322.988±43.530、308.477±33.834、276.152±29.442,3组恶性疾病患者外周血DNA荧光强度均明显高于正常人(P<0.001),且3组之间荧光强度有显著性差异(P<0.05)。结论外周血DNA荧光检测对于恶性肿瘤具有一定的筛选价值,且可提高早期诊断率。 Objective To evaluate the value of peripheral blood DNA in the filtration of malignancy. Methods Extracting the peripheral blood DNA of 50 patients with various types of malignant solid neoplasias, leukemia, myelodysplastic syndrome(MDS) respectively and healthy individuals , then detecting the fluorescence intensity by lanthanode fluorescence spectra analysis. Results The mean DNA fluorescence intensity in the malignant solid neoplasias, leukemia, MDS were 345. 645 ±28. 004, 322.988 ±43. 530 and 308.4 ± 33. 834, respectively. It was obviously higher than that in clusions Peripheral blood DNA Fluorescence can rise the rate of the earlier diagnosis. the healthy individuals ( 276. 152 ± 29.442 ) ( P〈0.001 ). Conspectra analysis is valuable for the filiration of malignancy, and
