摘要
本文从黑龙江省公共图书馆的实际出发,探讨一种可行的中文电子资源的采购共享模式,以期通过这种模式来弥补各地(市)、县级图书馆电子资源的不足,充分发挥省级馆的作用,使资源能够在更大范围内共享。
This text proceeds from reality of the public libraries in Heilongjiang Province, probes into one feasible Chinese electronic purchase of resource -sharing mode, in the hope of , remedy all levels library electronic deficiency of resource through this kind of mode, fully give play to the role of provincial hall , enable resources to share in larger range.
