摘要
在热塑性注塑件的冷却过程中,型腔温度分布不均衡是残余应力和弯曲变形产生的主要原因.本文以热粘弹性的本构模型为基础,给出了残余应力的计算方法,并对平板注塑件的弯曲变形进行了分析.
The main source for residual stress build-up and bending in injection-molded thermoplasticparts is the asymmetry in temperature at the mold Walls. In this paper, based on isotropic thermoviscoeledic model, a calculation method for the residtal stress is presented and the bending in injectionmolded flat parts is analysed.
