摘要
以四氯化钛、硫酸锌为原料,以尿素为沉淀剂,用均匀沉淀法合成纳米钛酸锌粉体,研究了合成条件及烧结过程,确定了合理的工艺线路和工艺参数,并利用XRD,TEM,DTA-TG,UV-VIS等手段分别对复合材料钛酸锌的形态、粒径、紫外一可见光吸收等性能进行了表征。结果表明:复合材料钛酸锌的粒子均为球形,尺寸约为20nm,粒径分布较均匀,颗粒团聚现象少,在波长400~600nm的可见光区有明显吸收。
Nanometer ZnTiO3 powder has been prepared by homogeneous precipitation method using TiCl4,ZnSO4 · 7H2O as raw materials and CO( NH2 )2 as precipitator. The condition of synthesis and the process of sintering are researched. The reasonable process and parameter are determined. The state, size and UV - VIS absorption of the composite ZnTiO3 are investigated by XRD,TEM, DTA -TG and UV -VIS. The results show that the particle of composite is sphere with average size about 20 nm. The size distribution of the sample is uniform and the aggregation of particle is less. The light absorption is evident within wavelength of 400 ~ 600 nm.
