摘要
温泉11定向井的目标点位于平行岭谷区内的大山地形之中,受地理条件的限制,该井设计为一口水平位移达1650~1750m的定向井。该井使用F320—4DH型钻机设备及常规定向井施工技术,应用兰德马克井眼轨迹控制软件优化设计井身结构、井眼轨迹,并采用滑动钻具、满尺寸双稳定器等多种钻具组合来控制井眼轨迹。采用无固相和低固相聚合物钻井液、聚磺防塌钻井液来保证井壁的稳固。该井在实际施工中充分利用高陡构造地层的自然造斜规律,实钻斜深4332m,垂深3825.59m,最大井斜角45.49°,水平位移1705.57m,钻井周期238d,全井无事故和严重复杂情况的发生,是川渝地区水平位移最大的一口定向井。通过该井的钻井实践证明,在川东高陡构造中,只要技术措施得当,利用常规钻井技术和设备,完全能够完成水平位移小于2000m的定向井。
The drilling target point of well Wenquan 11, a directional well, is located in the large mountain terrain of parallel range valley area. Being subject to the limitation of geographic condition, this well was designed to be a directional well with the horizontal displacement up to 1650-1750m. By using the F320-4DH drilling rig and regular directional operation technique, applying the Landmark's welmbore trajectory controll software optimize the design hole structure, adopting the advanced drilling techniques including the sliding drilling tool, the full size dual stabilizer control wellbore trajectory, using the solid-free and low solids polymer drilling fluids and the polysulphur anti-sloughing drilling fluid to ensure hole stability, the well has been completed successfully. The actual drilling inclined depth of the well is 4332m, vertical depth is 3825.59m, the maximum deviation angle is 45.49°, the horizontal displacement is 1705.57m and the drilling cycle is 238 days. There was no any accident and serious and complicated situation happened during the drilling operation. This well, up to now, is the directional well with the maximum horizontal displacement. The drill practice of this well has prowen that the directional well, the horizontal displacement is less than 2000m, can be completed by using the conventional drilling equipments and techniques.
