摘要 目的:探讨CXCL12—CXCR4在肿瘤转移中的作用。方法:查阅国内外相关文献,进行综述。结果:研究表明许多肿瘤细胞表达趋化因子CXCL12和受体CXCR4,与肿瘤细胞的迁移与转移有密切关系。CXCL12—CXCR4生物学轴在多种肿瘤的播散和器官特异性转移中发挥着重要的作用,对一特殊生物学轴的研究可能为肿瘤转移找到新的突破口。结论:趋化因子CXCL12、受体CXCR4和CXCL12—CXCR4生物学轴在肿瘤转移中发挥着重要的作用。 Objective: To explore the effect os CXCL12 - CXCR4 on tumor metastasis. Methods:Looking up domestic and foreign literatures and reviewing them. Results: Researchs indicated that various tumor cells expressed chemotactic factor CXCL12 and its receptor CXCR4, which was closely related to migration and metastasis of tumor ceils. The biological axis of CXCL12 - CXCR4 played important roles in migration and metastasis to specific organs in various tumors. Reseach on the special biological axis provided a new approach to tumor matastasis. Conclusion :The chemokine factor CXCL12, its receptor CXCR4 and biological axis of CXCL12 - CXCR4 play important roles in tumor metastasis.
