摘要 大学教师发展的真正内涵是一种意境的追求。大学教师所处的外界生态环境是其发展的动力源泉,大学教师发展的生态环境同样遵循生态学的基本原理,同时,生态环境中的各生态因子又有其自身作用的法则。针对当前大学教师发展的生态环境中:官本位思想严重、教师评价体制单一、同质性过高、进修经费不畅、花盆效应严重等问题,从生态学角度提出大学教师发展的生态环境构建的途径。 The real intension of university professors' development is the pursuit of a kind of artistic conception, the external ecological environment that the professor is in is its development's motive force source, the ecological environment of academic development similarly follows the ecology basic principle, at the same time every ecological factor in the ecological environment has its one s own function rule. To the question in the ecological environment of present professors' development:serious selfish departmentalism of offficers, single assessment system of teachers, overhigh homogeneity, shortage training funds, serious flowerpot effect, the article attempt to put forward the construction way of the ecological enviroment of university professor development from the angle of ecology.
