摘要
利用多壁碳纳米管(MWCNTs)为载体,用浸渍法制备了负载磷钨酸(H3PW12O40,简写为HPW)的复合材料磷钨酸/多壁碳纳米管(HPW/MWCNTs)。磷钨酸/多壁碳纳米管具有很高的催化活性,在磷钨酸负载量为30%,醇酸物质的量比为1.4∶1,催化剂用量为反应物总质量的1.3%,反应温度为117℃,反应时间为3h的条件下,酯化率可达96.08%。
12-tungstophosphoric acid/multiwalled carbon nanotubes composite was fabricated by dipping acid-MWCNTs in the mixing solution of 12-tungstophosphoric acid. It exhibited higher catalytic activity to the reaction of acetic acid with n-butyl alcohol. The esterification yield is up to 96.08% under the optimal conditions, namely, 30% mass ratio of 12-tungstophosphoric acid to multiwalled carbon nanotubos, 1.4:1 the molar ratio of n-butyl alcohol to acetic acid, 1.3% mass ratio of the catalyst to total reactants, 117℃ for 3 h.
