摘要
外部竞争和内部压力的加剧将会影响医院的发展,医院人力资源管理的提升有着其必然性和战略意义,从“小”人事管理转变为“大”人力资源管理,这种提升是一种在传统人事管理基础上的扬弃,强调以人为本,强化服务理念,坚持科学管理,逐步实现人力资源管理部门的协调职能和决策参谋职能。
Given the aggravation of extent competition and internal pressure in which hospital must perform, the hospital human resource management must be improved. It should be changed from the personnel system in the past years and strengthened the mind of mankind and service. The hospital human resource management should be scientific controlled and participated in decision making by bits.
