摘要
目的探讨耳鼻喉科临床教学活动的质量控制方法。方法按照PDCA循环步骤进行临床教学质量控制,护理部-护士长-带教老师三级质量控制链对教学效果评价的结果与2001年加以比较,并作为下一轮循环的依据。结果病人对护生的满意度从92.8%上升到97.5%,(2=7.71,P<0.01),护生理论和操作考试优良率从88.9%上升到98.2%(2=25.3,P<0.05),护生对教学和教师的满意度为95.8%。结论运用PDCA循环可提高教学质量,促进教学相长。
Objective To explore the methods of quality control of clinical nursing teaching in department of otolaryngology. Methods The PDCA circulation procedure was applied in the quality control of clinical nursing teaching. The evaluation results of the three - class quality control chain of nursing department - head nurse - clinical teachers were compared with year 2001 ,and were taken as the standards of next circulation. Results The patients' satisfaction to nurse students raised from 92.8 % to 97.5 % ( X^2 = 7.71 ,P 〈 0.01 ) , students ' excellent rate in theoretical and techniques test achieved to 98.2% from 88.9% ( X^2 = 25.3 ,P 〈 0.05 ) ,students' satisfaction to clinical teaching and teachers achieved to 95.8%. Conclusion The application of PDCA circulation in quality control of clinical teaching could improve both the quality of teaching and learning.
