摘要
探讨了在广东大沙河水库的绿藻、硅藻水华现象中初始总氮和总磷、Nt/Pt与“藻华”生物量之间的相关性.通过一系列试验考察了不同初始营养条件下藻类的生长规律.从定性方面,随着Nt、Pt的增加,藻生物量也增加.从定量方面,根据Nt/Pt的不同,藻类生长的限制条件不同,生物量的增长模型也不一样.提出Nt/Pt以10、40为临界值界定的3个区间,对应有不同的藻生物量模型.模型可对绿藻或硅藻“水华”的生物量进行预测.
The correlation of original total nitrogen, total phosphorus and Nt/P, with green algae or diatom blooming biomass in Dashahe reservoir in Guangdong Province is discussed. By a series of experiments the growth regulation was explored between algae biomass and Nt ,Pt. As a rule, Algae growing model defers owing to different limiting factor. And the limiting factor must be examined according to Nt/Pt of raw water. In different Nt/Pt range, it proposes three models accordingly. These models can be used to predict a green algae or diatom blooming biomass, which have performed well in Dashahe Reservoir.
