摘要
对人工饲料饲养的凡纳滨对虾Litopenaeus vannamei成虾肠道菌群组成及其水体细菌区系组成进行了研究。分离纯化后的革兰氏阴性菌鉴定到种的水平。对虾肠道菌群主要由弧菌Vibriospp.、希瓦氏菌属Shewnellaspp.、嗜氢菌属Hydrogenophagaspp.、伯克霍尔德氏菌Burkholderiaspp.、气单胞菌Aeromonasspp.、食酸菌Aci-dovoraxspp.和芽孢杆菌Bacillusspp.组成。水体细菌区系主要包括弧菌Vibriospp.、希瓦氏菌属Shewnellaspp.、艾肯菌Empedobacterspp.、无色杆菌Achromobacterspp.和芽孢杆菌Bacillusspp.。肠道菌群和水体细菌区系的优势菌是副溶血弧菌Vibrio parahaemolyticus和芽孢杆菌Bacillusspp.。利用Shannon-Wiener指数进行多样性分析,发现虾肠道多样性指数(H)和均匀度(J)高于水体细菌区系,而丰度(D)较低。
Intestinal flora and water microbial flora of adult shrimp, Litopenaeus vannamei, were investigated under experimental conditions. The isolated strains were purified and the Gram-negative bacteria were identified at species level by Biolog rapid identification system. The isolated bacteria from intestinal flora belonged to the genera of Vibrio spp. , Shewnella spp. , Hydrogenophaga spp. , Burkholderia spp. , Aeromonas spp. , Acidovorax spp. , and Bacillus spp. The isolated bacteria from water microbial flora belonged to the genera of Vibrio spp. , Shewnella spp. , Empedobacter spp. , Achromobacter spp. , and Bacillus spp. Vibrio parahaernolyticu.s and Bacillus spp. were the dominant species of intestinal flora and water microbial flora. Shannon-Wiener index was used to analyze the species diversity. It was found that the diversity index (H) and the abundance (D) of the shrimp intestinal flora were higher than those of the water microbial flora, whereas the evenness (J) of the shrimp intestinal flora was lower than that of the water microbial flora.
