摘要 在常压固定床上进行煤与天然气的共热解试验,采用气相色谱仪(GC)分析热解过程中的气体,同时利用扫描电镜(SEM)研究制得煤焦的表面微观结构。结果表明,随着热解终结温度的提高,制得煤焦的宏观团聚倾向越来越明显,对应SEM图中煤焦表面的炭粒也从颗粒发展到丝状并向四周延伸。气相色谱分析则表明,煤焦表面的析炭是来自天然气中甲烷的裂解。此外还发现,天然气气氛的存在促进了煤的热解,二者产生一定的协同效应。 During the co-pyrolysis experiment of coal and natural gas on the air pressure fixed bed, gaseous phase chromatograph was used to analyze the gas in the pyrolysis processing and the SEM was used to study the surface micro structure of the coke. The results showed that with increasing of the pyrolysis end temperature, the macro aggregation of the coke would be more obvious. From the SEM figural, the carbon particle on the coke surface would be developed from particle to fibre sharp and expanded longer and longer. The chromatograph analysis showed that the carbon on the coke surface would be the cracking of methane in the natural gas. Also showed that the natural gas accelerated the coal pyrolysis and the natural gas and coal pyrolysis would have a coordinated effect.
