网状补片在骨软组织肿瘤切除后缺损修复中的应用 被引量:2

摘要 目的探讨胸壁、腹壁、关节囊等特殊部位的恶性肿瘤广泛切除后软组织缺损使用网状补片修复的价值。方法2000年8月至2006年1月,我们对14例胸壁恶性肿瘤患者、10例腹壁恶性肿瘤患者、11例关节周围骨恶性肿瘤患者实施肿瘤广泛切除,切除后的缺损均大于5cm×5cm,以网状补片及肌皮瓣修复局部软组织的较大缺损,术后随访观察。结果全部患者平均随访9个月,患者伤口均Ⅰ期愈合,术后恢复良好,无术后并发症,伤口渗液无明显增多。结论网状补片对于肿瘤广泛切除后软组织缺损的修复及关节假体置换关节的稳定性和动力重建起到了重要的作用,疗效满意。 Objective To discuss the application of mesh in reconstruction of the defection of chest wall, abdominal wall and joint capsule after malignant bone and soft tumor wide resection. Methods From August 2000 to January 2006, 14 cases of malignant tumor in chest wall, 10 cases in abdominal wall and 11 cases near joint were treated by tumor wide resection and reconstructed defection with mesh. Then all cases were followed up from 3 months to 1 year. Results All patients were followed-up for an average of 9 months with well-healed wound and no infection of wound, no complications. The functional results are good. Conclusions Mesh produces an important effect for repair of the defection and instability of joint and reconstruction after soft tissue sarcoma wide resection and near joint prosthesis replacement.
