摘要
建立了汽车横梁拉伸的有限元模型,通过数值模拟与实验对比分析,在此基础上讨论了压边力与摩擦润滑条件对板料拉伸过程的影响。
The finite-element method code DYNAFORM is used to simulate the process of truck cross member deep drawing. Predictions form simulations are analyzed and discussed against the corresponding experimental results. The effects of blank holder force and frictional coefficient on the formability of underbody cross member deep drawing are discussed.
