摘要
本文报告用RP-HPLC法测定妇霉栓剂中的有效成分没食子酸的含量。在273nm波长处用紫外检测器检测,没食子酸在10~80μg/ml范围内线性关系良好,r=0.99979,日内、日间精密度(X±RSD)分别为(100.3±0.9)%、(101.9±1.3)%。并对乙醇浸泡提取时间及方法稳定性进行了考察。经对10批样品的测定表明,栓剂中没食子酸的最高含量为1.080mg/g,最低含量0.8051mg/g。测定方法简单、重现性好。
The gallic acid content in Fu Mei Suppository was determined by RP-HPLC. The detection wavelength was 273nm. The linear relationship between concentration and peak height wasobtained in the concentration range of 10~80μg/ml. The average recoveries within-day and between-days were (100. 3±0. 9)% and (101. 9±1. 3)%, respectively. The time after the Fu Mei Suppository was dissolved in absolute ethanol and the reliability of the method were observed. Among 10 samples the lowest content was 0. 8051mg/g, the highest was 1. 080mg/g.The results showed that the method was simple, rapid and of excellent precision.
