摘要
目的:观察健脾清热治疗消化性溃疡的疗效。方法:将96例PU患者随机分为两组。治疗组48例,采用健脾清热、理气止痛中药配合西药治疗;对照组48例,单用西药奥美拉唑、果胶铋治疗。结果:治疗组显效率为85.42%,对照组为52.08%,两组比较,差异有非常显著性意义(P<0.01)。胃镜疗效比较:治疗组显效率66.67%,对照组为43.75%,两组比较,差异有显著性意义(P<0.05)。结论:健脾清热法治疗消化性溃疡疗效好,复发率低。
Objective：To observe the therapeutic effect of strengthening spleen and reducing fever in treating peptic ulcer. Method：96 patients with peptic ulcer were randomly divided into the two groups. The treatment group （48 cases） was treated with Chinese medicine of strengthening the spleen and reducing fever,regulating the flow of qi and alleviatin pain. The control group （48 cases） was treated with omeprazole and pectine bismuth. Result ：The clinical effective rate in the treatment group and the control gruop were 85.42% and 52.08% respectively. The difference between the two groups was notable （P〈 0.01）. The gastroscope effective rate in the two groups were 66.67% and 43.75% respectively. There was significant difference between the two groups （P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion：The method of strengthening the spleen and reducing fever has good effect and low recurrence rate in treating peptic ulcer.
