摘要
图书馆员不仅应具有为读者服务的意愿,更重要的是应具备为读者服务的真本领。本文对图书馆服务体系中的馆员与读者人际沟通问题进行探讨,就人际沟通的特征、准则和技巧诸方面提出看法和建议,以望进一步改善沟通环境,提高沟通效果,构建更为和谐、优质的人际交往关系。
Librarian must not only have a will for reader service, but also more importantly have true ability to provide service for the readers. Discussing the norms and arts of interpersonal communication between librarians and readers in the library service system, this paper has put forward opinions and suggestions to improve communication environment and improve the effect of constructing a more harmonious relationship among people.
