摘要
目的：建立前列清栓质量控制方法。方法：采用薄层色谱法进行定性鉴别，用高效液相色谱法测定黄芩苷的含量。结果：薄层定性鉴别条件适合，斑点清晰。高效液相色谱定量方法分离效果好，线性范围0．21～2．08μg（r=0.9995）。结论：本方法简便、快速准确，可作为该制剂质量控制方法。
OBJECTIVE To estabLish a quality standard for Niuhuang qianlieqing suppositories. METHODS TLC was used for the identification. Baicalin was determined by HPLC. RESULTS Conditiongs for TLC identification and HPLC detormination were suitable. CONCLUSION The methods can be used for the quclity control for the suppositories.
