摘要
目的:建立复方环磷腺苷乳膏的质量控制标准。方法:运用计算分光光度法测定其中环磷腺苷和维A酸的含量,用比色分光光度法测定其中尿素的含量。结果:环磷腺苷在6~14mg·L^-1浓度范围内呈良好线性关系(r=0.9996),维A酸在3~7mg·L^-1浓度范围内呈良好线性关系(r=0.9997),尿素在36-84mg·L^-1浓度范围内呈良好线性关系(r=0.9997)。方法回收率分别为99.75%,99.69%,100.50%,RSD分别为0.75%,0.78%(n=5),0.62%。结论:本实验制订的质量标准可以控制复方环磷腺苷乳膏的质量。
OBJECTIVE To set up the quality standard for compound cream of adenosine cyclophosphate, METHODS Calculating absorption spectroscopy determined the contents of adenosine cyclophosphate and tretinoin, while urea is determined by color comparing absorption spectroscopy. RESULTS The linear range of adenosine cyclophosphate was 6 - 14 mg·L^-1 (r = 0. 999 6,n = 5) ,the recovery 99. 75% ,RSD= 0. 75%. The linear range of Tretinoin was 3 - 7 mg·L^-1 (r= 0. 999 7,n = 5) ,the recovery 99. 69% ,RSD= 0. 78%. The linear range of urea was 36-84μg·mL^-1 (r = 0. 999 7, n = 5), the recovery 100. 50%, RSD = 0. 62%. CONCLUSION The quality standard established can be used to control the quality of compound cream of adenosine cyclophosphate.
