摘要
课堂教学管理是教师教学行为一个重要环节。有效的课堂管理策略包括教师的个人特性、人际交往行为、自然环境和心理环境。
Management of classroom teaching is the key link of the teaching action for language teachers. The effective classroom management concludes teachers' personal characteristics; action of establishing rapport, establish physical and psychological environment; task-based center; rational form of classroom organization. All of these can predict the problems that appear in the classroom management and how to deal with them.
