摘要
文章在分析许多企业现行薪酬管理体系的基础上,根据其薪酬制度带来激励难,员工积极性差的种种弊端,进行以宽带薪酬为主线的改进方案研究,探索符合国情、适合企业自身情况、健康有效的薪酬管理体系,提高企业的竞争力和凝聚力,从而推动企业的进一步发展。
Based on the analysis of the compensation management system of many enterprises and all kinds of abuses of the system such as hard excitation and lack of enthusiasm of the staff, this paper researches on the reform plan whose main coverage is broadbanding. It explores a compensation management system which is in accordance with our country's basic condition and suitable for the enterprise itself so as to improve the enterprisers competitive power and eohesion and promote the enterprise's further development.
