摘要
本文利用相转移催化剂TEBAC催化合成乙酸苄酯,最佳反应条件如下:氯化苄:乙酸钠:TEBAC=1:2:0.04.反应温度为110—115℃,反应时间为3h,酯收率达86.7%。实验证明,相转移催化合成对该酯化反应是高效,低成本和实用的方法。
Use of TEBAC as phase transfer catalyst on the esterifieation of bonzyl acetate was studied. The optimized conditions are following:the mole ratio of benzyle chloride to sodium acetate to TEBAC is 1:2:0.04 and temperature 110 - 115 ℃, the reaction time is 3h, The chemical yield was 86.7%. Experiment results showed that phase transfer catalyt TEBAC is highly active catalyst for this reaction. It is an inexpensive and very practical method.
