摘要
为了探索缆型纺技术在棉纺上的应用,根据缆型纺的成纱原理,自制了缆型纺装置,设计了分束辊的直径、槽距、材质等参数,借助自制的缆型纺装置在棉纺细纱机上进行了纺纱试验,并测试了使用9种聚甲醛分束辊所纺纱线及普通环锭纱的毛羽、耐磨次数、强力、伸长、条干CV指标,结果表明缆型纺棉纱有着毛羽少、耐磨性能好的特点。
To discuss the application of solospun technology in cotton spinning, solospun set was made according to the solospun yarn principle. Parameters of diameter of beam splitter, grooved gauge, material and so on were designed, and the spinning test was done in cotton spinning frame with the maken solospun set, and indexes of hair|hess, abrasion resistance time, strength, elongation, yam evenness CV of the yarn which spinning with nine kinds of poIyoxymethylene beam splitter were compared with that of ring spun yarn, the result shows that solospun cotton yam has the speciality of fewer hairiness and better abrasion resistance.
