阐述了护理人员流失对医疗护理工作的影响,并在分析其发生原因的基础上,提出缓解护理人员流失的对策,旨在引起医院和护理管理者的重视,扭转护理人员流失的趋势。
The author expatiated the influence of nurses quit on medical work and nursing work, and on the basis of analyzing the reasons of nurses quit, the author suggested some countermeasures in order to make hospital administrators attach importance to it and change the tendency of nurses quit.
